Distributing All Net Profit, Sari Roti Pays Out Rp450 Billion in Cash Dividends

Jakarta – The listed bread producer, PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI), has announced plans to distribute cash dividends for the 2025 fiscal year. The Sari Roti dividends amount to Rp450 billion, sourced from the entire net profit for the year ending 31 December 2025 and accumulated retained earnings whose use has not yet been determined. Throughout that period, the company recorded a net profit of Rp256,444,517,473. This amount is added to the accumulated retained earnings balance of Rp193,555,482,527. “Thus, the dividend amount received by shareholders is Rp80.04 per share,” as quoted from the information disclosure on Saturday, 11 April 2026. In the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday, 7 April 2026 in Jakarta, Sari Roti’s management also approved setting aside Rp2 billion of net profit as company reserves.
