Discover How to Send Eid THR Using QRIS Transfer via the BRImo App
JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The tradition of sharing Eid al-Fitr Bonuses (THR) is an inseparable part of the Lebaran celebration. Now, sharing THR can be done more practically without needing to prepare cash or meet in person. Through the BRImo super app, the public can send THR quickly and securely just via smartphone. BRImo offers various digital transaction features that make it easy for users to share with family, friends, and loved ones. BRI Corporate Secretary Dhanny stated that BRImo continues to be developed as part of BRI’s digital transformation to deliver increasingly practical and relevant transaction experiences tailored to public needs. “BRImo is one of the key pillars in BRI’s digital transformation. We continue to strengthen technological capabilities so that BRImo can provide a more reliable transaction experience for users. Through various feature innovations, BRImo is also designed to facilitate the public in carrying out various daily financial transactions, including sharing THR during the Lebaran moment,” he said in an official statement on Saturday (21/3/2026). Dhanny added that sharing THR can now be as simple as scanning. Through the QRIS Transfer feature in BRImo, users can send money directly to recipients simply by scanning a QR Code without needing to enter the destination account number. Here is how to send THR using QRIS Transfer. Sharing THR with Gold Transfer In addition to cash transfers, users can also share THR via the Gold Transfer feature in BRImo. This feature allows users to send digital gold to recipients who also use BRImo. THR in the form of gold can be an alternative for sharing with long-term value, as gold is known to have a relatively stable value. The sending process is practical and can be done directly through the app. Dhanny explained that the presence of various features in BRImo also provides more options for the public to share with family and loved ones in a practical way. “We want to deliver an increasingly easy sharing experience through BRImo. With features like QRIS Transfer and Gold Transfer, the public has more choices for sharing with family and loved ones. This innovation is part of BRI’s commitment to providing practical, secure, and easily accessible digital financial services,” he concluded. For information, by the end of December 2025, the number of BRImo users reached 45.9 million, an increase of around 18.9% year-on-year. In terms of value, the total transaction volume through BRImo reached Rp7,057 trillion throughout 2025, or grew 26.1% year-on-year compared to the same period in the previous year.
