Discover Cybercrime-Fighting Tactics at Jogja Financial Festival 2026

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The trend of cybercrime is growing rapidly as public reliance on digital connectivity increases. Cyber threats are evolving with more complex attack patterns.

Currently there are four types of cybercrime dominating the digital security landscape. First, ransomware that encrypts the victim’s data and demands a ransom to regain access. To discuss cybercrime further, the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS), together with CNBC Indonesia, presents the Educational Class Cyber Security with BCA, which forms part of Jogja Financial Festival 2026.

The event is planned to be held on 22-23 May 2026 at the Jogja Expo Center (JEC), Yogyakarta.

Educational Class Cyber Security with BCA carries the theme ‘Beware of Cybercrime in the Digital Banking Era’ and will take place on Friday, 22 May 2026. The session will feature speaker Nathalya Wani Sabu, Senior Advisor Fraud Banking Investigation at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk and chair of the Siber Fraud Working Committee of Perbanas.

In this event, financial education sessions are held exclusively, enabling participants to gain financial knowledge and investment tips for future decision-making.
