Disappointment over Laptop Purchase at Tekno Garage via Akulaku

I placed an order for a laptop with a one-year warranty at Tekno Garage through Akulaku on 4 May 2026, and the laptop arrived five days after the order was placed. However, a week later the laptop malfunctioned, and it turned out the device was a used item. I have submitted a warranty claim to the shop, but there has been no response. On 5 June 2026, I was contacted by Akulaku via telephone, asking me to send the item back first to obtain a receipt number, after which the refund request process can commence. I have already paid the down payment and am now required to pay the first instalment, even though the laptop is unusable. I request a solution. Thank you.
