Disappointment Over Indosat Wi-Fi Technician Services

Indosat Hifi has failed to seriously address consumer complaints (Customer ID 11906214), with internet stability issues and frequent disconnections persisting for almost two weeks under complaint numbers DIG0033550125 and DIG0033430675.

Regarding the handling of these complaints, several actions taken by Indosat Hifi technicians have been disappointing. Technicians allegedly acting on behalf of Indosat demanded payment for the replacement of a fibre optic cable jack without providing any receipts, suggesting potential illegal levies by technicians, alongside suspected manipulation of service visit confirmations.

On 31 August 2026, the Indosat Hifi team performed a router replacement. However, as of today, the internet connection is once again problematic, with no signal indicated on the Indosat Hifi router.
