Disappointing promise

In December 1997, I paid a deposit to Daksa Group for land in
Kota Kembang housing complex, Melati sector, block F2 No. 24,
Depok, West Java. Eight months have elapsed and construction of
the house is still not completed. No reason has been given by the
developer about problems that have arisen in this regard.

I have tried to contact the developer several times by phone
and mail but to no avail. It even seems that the developer is
evading me every time I try to contact them.

As Daksa Group is a big developer, I hope that it can maintain
its credibility by keeping their promise and showing
consideration about the losses sustained by home buyers because
of the tardy construction time.
