On March 16, 1995, at about 11 p.m., my guest and I arrived at Ibis Hotel, Slipi, West Jakarta. My guest had a voucher from Nusawisata Travel Bureau in Surabaya, indicating that he had paid for the hotel reservation.
However, my guest was not accepted as the hotel was already fully booked. The Front Office Manager explained that if the guest fails to arrive at 6 p.m., the room is given to another guest.
This gives the impression that the hotel does not respect the client who has confirmed his booking.
