Disabled children not enrolled

BOJONEGORO, East Java: A total of 174 children with various
disabilities are currently not enrolled in school due to the
limited number of special schools in the regency, Antara reported
yesterday.

A local Ministry of Education and Culture official said that
399 children are suffering from deafness, blindness, mental
retardation or another disability.

The education office is planning to establish a special school
with three classrooms and a dormitory in Ngraho district, Sujud
