Nearly our entire neighborhood subscribes to services of the city water company, PAM. With the coming of the rainy season, PAM's water supply to East Cengkareng is now brownish, like tea.

Needless to say its smell is most offensive.

We demand an explanation from the PAM office responsible for our area. The dirty water is a health hazard.
