Directorate General of Immigration ensures public services remain optimal following KPK sting operation

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Directorate General of Immigration under the Ministry of Immigration and Correctional Affairs has ensured that public services remain optimal following a sting operation (OTT) conducted by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) involving several officials within the immigration environment.

Director General of Immigration Hendarsam Marantoko stated that the agency understands the public’s concerns regarding the impact of the case. Consequently, thorough internal reinforcements are being implemented to ensure that the rights of the public to obtain immigration services are not disrupted.
