Director of Shipping Issuer (BULL) Purchases Shares Worth Rp17.6 Billion in One Week

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Director of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk, Wong Kevin, was observed purchasing the company’s shares over the past week. Overall, the value of his share purchases amounted to approximately Rp17.46 billion.

According to disclosures to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), the purchases of shares in the oil and gas shipping issuer occurred between 8 and 15 April 2026, totalling 40.4 million shares.

On 8 April 2026, Wong Kevin bought 13.7 million shares at Rp428 per share in two separate transactions. Thus, the total purchase on that day reached 27.4 million shares.

Subsequently, on 10 April 2026, Wong accumulated another 8 million BULL shares at Rp429 per share. The buying continued on 13 April with 3 million shares at Rp441 per share.

On 15 April 2026, Wong Kevin added 2 million shares to his holdings at Rp487 per share.

With this corporate action, Wong Kevin’s share ownership in BULL increased from 298.13 million shares, equivalent to 1.92%, to 326.73 million shares. Meanwhile, his voting rights after the transaction also rose to 2.11%.

BULL shares had declined 0.81% to Rp492 as of 15:30 WIB on Friday (17/4/2026). The company’s market capitalisation stood at Rp7.62 trillion.
