Director of Samudera Indonesia (SMDR) Increases Stake Amid Falling Share Price
JAKARTA. Shareholders of PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk are continuing to increase their stakes amid a downward trend in the company’s shares. The issuer with the stock code SMDR saw its share price close down 1.14% at Rp 346 per share on Friday (27/3/2026), while over the past month, SMDR shares have plunged 19.16%. One of the shareholders, Farida Helianti, a director of SMDR, bought 600,000 shares. The share addition transaction carried out by Farida occurred twice. The first on 13 March 2026, Farida bought 500,000 shares at Rp 344 per share. As a result, Farida’s share ownership at that time increased from 1.3 million shares to 1.8 million shares. In addition to Farida, SMDR’s President Director, Bani Maulana Mulia, also made a share addition. The transaction was conducted on 13 March 2026 with a purchase of 576,000 shares at Rp 346 per share. As a result of this transaction, the number of shares held by Bani increased to 59,938,800 shares, equivalent to 0.37% voting rights, from previously 59,362,800 shares (0.36%).
