Director of Bank Woori Saudara, Wuryanto, Submits Resignation
JAKARTA - PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906 Tbk has confirmed the resignation of one of its directors, Wuryanto. The resignation letter was received on Thursday (9 April 2026).
This information was conveyed through a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The report was also submitted to the Financial Services Authority.
“The company has received the resignation letter from Mr. Wuryanto from his position as Director of the company on 9 April 2026,” stated SDRA’s management.
“The resignation request will be decided at the General Meeting of Shareholders in accordance with applicable regulations,” management continued.
The company has not detailed the direct impact of the resignation. Operational activities, financial condition, and business continuity are said to be proceeding as usual.
SDRA operates in the banking sector, focusing on fund mobilisation and credit distribution. Services cover retail to corporate segments.
Products offered include current accounts, time deposits, certificates of deposit, and savings. The company also provides credit services and other financial services, including international banking activities.
SDRA’s business strengthening is inseparable from the merger of Bank Woori Indonesia with Bank Saudara on 30 December 2014. This step expanded the operational network.
Share ownership structure is dominated by institutional investors. Woori Bank is the controlling shareholder with a 90.75% stake.
PT Apra Mesis Meta Investama holds 4.56% of the shares. PT Meta Inti Duta controls 2.23%.

The board of directors and commissioners includes several names. Arief Budiman serves as commissioner, while the directors are filled by Benny Sudarsono Tan, Edwin Sulaeman, Abdurrachman Hadi, Kim Wook Bae, and Wuryanto who has submitted his resignation.
