Director and Commissioner of Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima (INET) Resign

PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk. (INET) has announced the resignation of Tongam Lumban Tobing as Commissioner and Willy Unsulangi as Director. Citing disclosures to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI), management received resignation letters from the two INET executives on 7 May 2026. “We have received resignation letters in the name of Mr Tongam Lumban Tobing as Commissioner and Mr Willy Unsulangi as Director of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk,” management stated on Friday (8/5/2026). For background, Tongam Lumban Tobing previously served as Head of the Financial Services Sector Investigation Department at the Financial Services Authority (OJK), responsible for coordinating the Investment Alert Task Force’s duties in preventing and handling illegal investments. Meanwhile, Willy Unsulangi has held the position of Operations Director at PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk since 2024. Additionally, since 2020, he has served as a Director at PT Otteco Nusantara Teknologi. Previously, from 2019 to 2024, Willy was entrusted as President Director of PT Garuda Prima Internetindo.
