Diplomatic Move: Prabowo Meets Macron in France

REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, PARIS – President Prabowo Subianto was welcomed by French President Emmanuel Macron during their meeting at the Élysée Palace in Paris, France, on Tuesday (14/4/2026). The meeting discussed strengthening strategic cooperation in various priority sectors between the two countries, including the procurement of defence equipment and strengthening the defence industry, energy transition and the development of new renewable energy, infrastructure and transportation, as well as education and the creative economy.
