With an integrated dashboard, business owners can monitor transactions, orders, and financial reports efficiently. This is considered important given that business digitalisation is a key factor in the growth of MSMEs in the digital economy era. In addition to operational ease, Swipe POS also provides flexible service packages, ranging from a free package for beginners to a subscription package with complete features for more developed businesses. The company has also prepared special packages for businesses with complex needs and modular add-on features so users only pay for the features used. According to Adrian Bambang, CMO of PT Swipe Pay Indonesia, the integration of a digital point-of-sale system can reduce recording errors and speed up the business reporting process, enabling MSMEs to focus on business development.
