PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) assesses that digitalisation is a way to match the needs of the business world with the availability of labour more quickly, efficiently, and openly. To mark its 27th anniversary, PKSS introduced the Prima Career digital recruitment platform and the Primadona Virtual Assistant to expand access for job seekers while increasing the transparency of the selection process. “Through the launch of Primadona and Prima Career, we want to present human resources solutions that are adaptive, responsive, and provide added value for clients, as well as support the evolving needs of the business world,” said PKSS President Director Sadmiadi in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday. Prima Career is a web-based recruitment platform that integrates the entire recruitment process into one system. Through this platform, the company hopes to make the candidate search process faster, while job seekers gain easier and more transparent access to employment opportunities. In addition, PKSS launched Primadona, a virtual assistant service that provides information for clients, prospective workers, and the public through various service channels, including a contact centre. Alongside the digital innovation, PKSS also marked its anniversary with a blood donation drive in cooperation with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) as part of its corporate social responsibility programme. In the field of workforce competency development, PKSS also recorded achievements in the 2026 Exemplary Security Guard Competition at the National Police Headquarters and Metro Jaya Police levels. The awards highlight the importance of improving human resource quality in the security services sector, which supports economic and business operational activities.
