According to Dudi, digital transformation is not only about utilising technology but must also be supported by sound company performance and good governance. “A strong digital reputation must be built on the foundation of healthy performance, good governance, sustainable innovation, and the ability to provide optimal protection for customers,” Dudi said. In its 2025 annual report, Tugu Insurance noted that information technology is a key instrument for improving operational efficiency. The company has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that integrates corporate and retail business processes into a single system. The use of this technology aims to enhance service effectiveness while strengthening the company’s data management and business processes. Going forward, the company will also increase the use of data, analytics, and digital communication to support service development and maintain competitiveness in the insurance industry. Strengthening digital reputation is a growing trend in the financial services sector. Beyond product and service quality, a company’s ability to build trust through digital channels is now a factor increasingly considered by consumers when choosing insurance services. At the Infobank-Isentia Digital Brand Awards 2026, Tugu Insurance received five awards related to digital brand performance in the general insurance sector.
