Digital Marketing Salaries Reach Rp 35 Million, UNM's Digital Business Programme Prepares Job-Ready Talent

In general, the salary range for digital marketing in Indonesia includes:
• Entry Level / Fresh Graduate: Rp4,000,000 – Rp7,000,000 per month
• Digital Marketing Specialist (2–4 years of experience): Rp7,000,000 – Rp12,000,000 per month
• Senior Digital Marketing / Strategist: Rp12,000,000 – Rp20,000,000 per month
• Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Digital: Rp20,000,000 – Rp35,000,000+ per month
The amounts depend on the scale of the company, work location, experience, and specific expertise such as performance marketing, data analytics, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
