The company won two prestigious awards in less than a month: the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Award 2026 on 22 May and the HR Asia Award 2026 on 5 June. “This achievement is clear evidence of Digiserve’s consistency in strengthening corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and building a positive, inclusive, and sustainable work culture,” said Digiserve Director of Finance & Risk Management, Buddy Restiady, on Tuesday (7/7/2026). At the Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards 2026 held by Hukumonline at the Grand Ballroom Sasono Mulyo, Le Méridien Jakarta, Digiserve received the title of ‘The Most Strategic Enterprise in Regulatory Compliance’ with a Diamond ranking in the Prosper B category. Additionally, Digiserve won the inaugural ‘The Most Inspiring Leader in Regulatory Compliance’ award, presented specifically to its Director of Finance & Risk Management, Buddy Restiady. The award reflects his visionary leadership in promoting a culture of regulatory compliance, implementing Good Corporate Governance, and strengthening risk management as pillars of sustainable business transformation. “For Digiserve, compliance is not just an obligation, but the foundation for building a trustworthy, adaptive, and sustainable business. This award motivates us to continue strengthening corporate governance, delivering reliable services, and providing added value for customers, partners, and the industry,” he stated. Digiserve also excelled in human resources, winning the ‘Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2026’ award at the HR Asia Awards held at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place. The award is given to companies with the best work culture in Asia, based on assessments of employee engagement, workplace excellence, and commitment to creating a positive and sustainable work environment. The prestigious event was attended by Digiserve’s Director of Finance & Risk Management, Buddy Restiady, accompanied by VP of Human Capital, Procurement, and Corporate Affairs, Nieke L. Garnia, and her team. According to Buddy, this achievement is the result of collaboration among all ‘Digitroops’, as Digiserve employees are known, in building a mutually supportive work environment that encourages individual growth. “This award is a reflection of the work culture we have built together through collaboration, trust, and a spirit of continuous growth. We believe that a positive work environment fosters innovation, strengthens company performance, and creates a broader impact for the business ecosystem,” he said. With these two awards, Digiserve further affirms its commitment to delivering business growth based on good governance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable human resource development. Going forward, Digiserve plans to continue strengthening collaboration, driving innovation, and creating positive value for employees, customers, business partners, and the wider industry.
