DialMart, BCA sign deal

JAKARTA (JP): Household shopping service company PT DialMart Indotama is joining up with Bank Central Asia (BCA) and American Express Bank (Amex) in a bid to facilitate their customers' shopping.

Director of service Mia Lukmanto said that under the memorandum of understanding signed on Monday, DialMart customers would be able to use BCA and Amex, through their credit card products, in transactions.

Aside from credit cards, DialMart customers can use BCA's automated teller machines (ATMs) to make their payment. Customers can choose one of BCA's 2,000 ATMs nationwide to make payment.

Mia said DialMart also launched "DialMart for All", enabling customers to enjoy its services before formally becoming members of DialMart.

DialMart, which started operations in September, claims to serve more than 2,000 customers in Jakarta, Tangerang and Bekasi. (gis)
