JAKARTA (JP): PT Birotika Semesta/DHL Worldwide Express
launched on Tuesday a new service called The USA First's Service
Guarantee that promises door-to-door delivery of any shipment
from a number of major cities in Indonesia to the United States
in two days.

The service, supported by a money-back guarantee, has been
introduced as part of what DHL calls its ongoing commitment to
customers and to all Indonesian exporters to meet the demand for
faster, more reliable and secure deliveries.

Brett Turner, a technical advisor to PT Biromatika Semesta/DHL
Worldwide, said that the company would offer a full refund for
any shipment to the U.S. under the service that takes more than
