DHL opens new drop center

JAKARTA (JP): PT Birotika Semesta/DHL Worldwide Express
officially opened here on Thursday a 24-hour drop center as part
of its commitment to its customers.

The air express service company said the new drop center,
located in the Mustika Ratu building in Central Jakarta, brought
its total number of drop centers in Indonesia to 18. The company
also has 66 service centers in the country.

The company said the drop center was designed to facilitate
urgent shipments by providing customers a full complement of air
express services and on-line tracking of shipments.

The new drop center represents the latest addition to DHL's
fast-growing infrastructure in Indonesia. DHL recently
inaugurated a US$1.5 million operational facility at Soekarno-
Hatta International Airport.(hen)
