DHE 2026 Records Rp2 Trillion in Project Value, Attracts 10,000 Visitors Per Day
The Danantara Housing Expo (DHE) 2026 recorded a project value of Rp2 trillion during its four-day run from 27–30 August 2026 at NICE, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, Tangerang Regency, Banten Province. During this period, the exhibition attracted approximately 10,000 visitors per day, reflecting the high public demand for accessible housing and more integrated financing solutions.
In an official statement in Jakarta on Monday (31/8/2026), the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria, stated that the high number of visitors indicates that the public requires more housing options that align with their needs and financial capabilities.
He explained that the exhibition brought together developers and financing institutions in a single location, allowing the public to easily compare various housing alternatives and financing schemes.
“The Danantara Housing Expo was visited by approximately 10,000 people every day. This enthusiasm demonstrates the high interest and need of the community for an ecosystem that provides various house options and payment promotions in one location, namely DHE 2026. Through DHE 2026, the public can compare diverse housing choices and financing solutions more easily,” said Dony.
Over the four days of the event, DHE 2026 brought together more than 130 state-owned (BUMN) and private developers with prospective homeowners.
Visitors were able to explore over 360,000 unit options, ranging from subsidised houses and landed houses to apartments and premium residences, while consulting directly with banks and financing partners regarding various home ownership schemes.
Furthermore, DHE 2026 served as a platform for the public to obtain information supporting the home ownership process, including financing, insurance protection, construction technology developments, and sustainable housing solutions.
“The presence of various players within the housing ecosystem reflects the collaborative approach adopted by DHE 2026 in expanding public access to housing,” said Dony.
In addition to presenting various housing options and financing solutions, DHE 2026 featured several supporting programmes, including mass Mortgage (KPR) signings involving 200 prospective homeowners alongside Himbara (State-Owned Banks) and several developers.
The event series also included home ownership education activities, appreciation programmes, lucky draws, culinary tenants, and performances by several prominent Indonesian musicians, which served as attractions for visitors.
As part of the effort to expand home ownership access, DHE 2026 presented various financing programmes with diverse schemes, enabling the public to obtain information and select the solutions most suitable to their needs.
