Dharmawangsa claimed to align with South Jakarta's “quiet luxury” trend
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Dharmawangsa area in South Jakarta is said to be one of the residential zones often associated with the “quiet luxury” trend, or the concept of luxury that is present without being ostentatious, in line with the growing public attention to quality of life and environmental comfort.
Director of JSI Group and President Director of PT Jantra Swarna Dipta, Chandra Asali, stated that the Dharmawangsa area has a relatively stable character and grows gradually, making it one of the locations favoured by certain groups of society.
“Dharmawangsa is not an area formed by trends, but develops maturely over time. Its character is preserved and offers a calmer atmosphere amid Jakarta’s dynamics,” said Chandra in a press statement on Monday.
In addition, the Wijaya and Dharmawangsa areas are said to have developed as one of the locations with an international community, including the Korean community, which encourages the growth of various services supporting daily needs.
The statement also mentions the development of a new vertical residential project in the Dharmawangsa area, namely the Savyavasa apartment project located on Jalan Dharmawangsa Raya.
The facilities prepared include sports areas, swimming pools, spas, and children’s play spaces, with a sustainable development approach that is claimed to have obtained Green Mark Gold certification.
In the release, the scarcity of land in the Dharmawangsa area is said to be one of the factors that makes the area still considered attractive to the premium residential market in South Jakarta.
