Dharmasraya Secures First Place in Investment Service Awards

PULAU PUNJUNG - Dharmasraya has achieved First Place in the Regency category at the 2026 Investment Service Awards (ALI), organised by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM) in Jakarta on Wednesday (16/09/2026).

This award represents a significant milestone for Dharmasraya. After previously only appearing as a nominee, the regency successfully broke into the top three in 2026, securing the highest position in the regency category.

At just 22 years old, Dharmasraya outperformed Semarang Regency, which took Second Place, and Gianyar Regency, which secured Third Place.

This achievement places Dharmasraya among the regions receiving national recognition for the quality of their investment services. The regency’s breakthrough is particularly notable as it was the only regency/city from Central Sumatra to reach the top three in the regional category at the 2026 ALI.

In the city category, First Place was awarded to Manado, Second Place to Surabaya, and Third Place to Bandung. Meanwhile, in the provincial category, North Maluku took First Place, followed by East Java in Second Place, and Central Java in Third Place.

For the category of state ministries and institutions, First Place was awarded to the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Second Place to the Ministry of Manpower, and Third Place to the Ministry of Housing and Residential Areas.

The award trophy for Dharmasraya was presented by the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Bima Arya Sugiarto, to the Regent of Dharmasraya, Annisa Suci Ramadhani.
