Dharmasraya Regency Named Top Performer in 2026 Investment Services Awards
Dharmasray Regency, under the leadership of Regent Annisa Suci Ramadhani, has achieved a significant national milestone by winning first place in the Regency category at the 2026 Investment Services Awards (ALI). The ceremony was held in Jakarta on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM).
This achievement marks a pivotal moment for Dharmasraya, which has previously been nominated for the ALI awards but only managed to break into the top three and secure the highest position in 2026. Notably, Dharmasraya is the sole regency/city from Sumatra to feature in the top three across all regional categories in this year’s awards.
In the Regency category, Dharmasraya was followed by Semarang Regency in second place and Gianyar Regency in third. For the City category, Manado was ranked first, followed by Surabaya in second and Bandung in third. In the Provincial category, North Maluku took first place, followed by East Java and Central Java.
Regarding the State Ministry and Institution category, first place was awarded to the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, followed by the Ministry of Manpower in second, and the Ministry of Housing and Residential Areas in third.
The award trophy for Dharmasraya Regency was presented by the Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Bima Arya Sugiarto, to Regent Annisa Suci Ramadhani. The presentation was witnessed by the Minister of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM, Rosan Perkasa Roeslani, the Minister of PAN RB, Rini Widyantini, and the Minister of Housing and Residential Areas, Maruarar Sirait, as recognition for excellence in investment services.
Regent Annisa Suci Ramadhani expressed her gratitude and pride in the achievement, praising all parties who contributed to improving the quality of investment services in Dharmasraya. She noted that the award is a result of the Dharmasraya Regency Government’s commitment to creating licensing and investment services that are increasingly easy, fast, transparent, and provide certainty for the business community.
Annisa also extended her appreciation to business actors for their ongoing contribution to regional development, as well as to the officials of the Department of Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) for their continuous innovation.
“Alhamdulillah, we are grateful and proud of this award, as it is the result of our collective work and commitment to providing ease of service to the business world and creating a healthy investment climate to advance our region,” said Annisa. She expressed hope that this achievement would motivate local government officials to continue improving and innovating services to attract more investment, ultimately driving economic growth and community welfare.
