Dharmala to pay dividends

JAKARTA (JP): The publicly-listed property company Dharmala
Intiland will pay total dividends of Rp 28.07 billion (US$12.17
million) for the 1995 financial year, or Rp 115 (five U.S. cents)
per share.

The company announced yesterday that the dividends, which will
be paid to shareholders beginning July 19, account for 48 percent
of the company's net profits in 1995.

Dharmala Intiland, the property arm of the widely-diversified
Dharmala Group, booked a 4 percent increase in its net profits in
1995 to Rp 57.69 billion from Rp 55.41 billion the previous year.

In the same period, total sales increased by a mere 1.5
percent, from Rp 252.62 billion in 1994 to Rp 256.59 billion last
year, most of which came from the firm's housing
