Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Regional Public Company (Perumda) Dharma Jaya has officially set a target to provide 900 cattle as sacrificial animals to meet the needs of Jakarta residents in welcoming Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah.

The Director of Perumda Dharma Jaya, Raditya Endra Budiman, stated that all sacrificial animals provided have undergone strict selection and health examination procedures.

“Our priority is to guarantee safety for consumers. The semi-mechanical slaughter facility has an operational capacity of 200 to 250 heads per day.

As part of service standardisation, Raditya said his side is deploying 100 professional personnel, including certified Halal Slaughterers (Juleha) and a packaging team.

“Through this integrated service system, we ensure that hygiene aspects are maintained from upstream to downstream. In addition, we also guarantee that the management of waste from the slaughtering process is carried out in accordance with applicable environmental regulations,” explained Raditya.
