DFSK Strengthens Commercial Segment with Gelora E and Super Cab

PT Sokonindo Automobile is utilising the GIICOMVEC 2026 event to affirm its position in the commercial vehicle segment. The exhibition, taking place at JIExpo Kemayoran from 8–11 April 2026, serves as a platform for DFSK to display two of its flagship models, namely the DFSK Gelora E and DFSK Super Cab. This participation also forms part of DFSK’s strategy in offering more adaptive business mobility solutions, particularly through a vehicle modification approach tailored to the needs of business operators. The DFSK Gelora E is presented as a light commercial electric vehicle targeting operational efficiency as well as electrification trends. This model is available in blind van and minibus variants with capacity for up to seven passengers, making it usable for various needs, from public transport and employee shuttles to the tourism sector. The blind van variant offers spacious cabin dimensions, with a length of 4,500 mm, width of 1,680 mm, and height of 2,000 mm. The ample cargo space provides added value for business operators requiring optimal carrying capacity in daily operations. In terms of performance, the Gelora E uses a lithium-ion battery with capacity options of 38 kWh and 42 kWh. Its claimed range reaches 268 km to 300 km based on the NEDC method, making it sufficiently competitive for in-city distribution. This model is marketed starting from Rp248 million (on the road Jakarta), equipped with a five-year or 200,000 km battery warranty as well as a three-year or 120,000 km vehicle warranty. DFSK also offers incentives such as a trade-in programme and charging equipment to support ease of use.
