Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — A subsidiary of PT Darma Henwa Tbk (DEWA) has signed a credit facility agreement with PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) worth a total of Rp149.2 billion.

According to a disclosure published on Thursday (29 October 2026), PT DH Kontraktama signed the agreement with Bank Mega on 29 October 2026. The facility is an investment loan.

“The purpose of the loan is to finance the purchase of heavy equipment,” Darma Henwa’s management said in the disclosure.

The credit facility has a term of 63 months from the date the agreement was signed and carries an annual interest rate of 10%.

DEWA said the loan would increase its consolidated liabilities, but would also have a positive impact by boosting the company’s operational productivity.

“The loan facility received is expected to further strengthen the continuity of the company’s business,” DEWA added.

The company said the material event, information or fact relating to the banking credit facility would have no material legal impact.
