Developer Harmoni Park Group is targeting 20 per cent sales growth in 2026 after recording sales realisation of 50 per cent of its annual target in the first semester. To pursue this target, the company has launched the ‘Harmoni Fest’ promotional programme, valid until 30 December 2026, across five of its housing projects in the Bekasi area.

General Manager of Harmoni Park Group, Hendra Ardian, said the sales achievement in the first half of the year provides a foundation to improve marketing performance through to the end of the year. ‘We are very optimistic that sales will grow 20 per cent this year compared to last year. The public’s response to our products has been quite good, especially from first-time homebuyers,’ Hendra Ardian stated in Bekasi on Tuesday (7/7).

The Harmoni Fest programme is being implemented at Harmoni Park Residence, Harmoni Park Pasirmukti, Zetira Cibitung, Bukit Mas Residence, and Harmoni Park Bekasi. Consumers who complete a transaction or credit agreement by the end of December 2026 have the chance to win a grand prize of one BYD Atto 1 electric car, electric bicycles, and various other prizes.

In addition to prizes, the developer is also offering a number of incentives, including a 100 per cent exemption from Value Added Tax (PPN) until December 2026, free Land and Building Title Transfer Duty (BPHTB), free mortgage credit agreement fees, and free Sale and Purchase Deed (AJB) costs. Consumers also receive a zero per cent down payment facility, a one-year instalment subsidy, a one-year exemption from environmental management fees, and a free carport canopy. ‘Through this programme, we want to make it easier for people to own a home with lighter initial costs while providing added value for consumers,’ Hendra said.

Harmoni Park Bekasi is being developed on 30 hectares of land with a ready-to-occupy housing concept. The developer offers houses priced from around Rp400 million to Rp800 million, featuring Scandinavian and Modern Tropical designs. Four house types are available: the Gisli type 27/60 and Aurora type 30/66 with two bedrooms, and the Amour type 36/72 and Tropiska type 45/90 with three bedrooms. In addition to houses, the developer also provides ready-to-use shop houses priced from Rp600 million to Rp800 million.

According to Hendra, high public interest is evident from the near sell-out of the Birka Cluster. ‘A total of 150 units out of 170 in the Birka Cluster have been sold. Due to high demand, we are preparing to open a new cluster named Danika,’ he said. Besides competitive pricing, the housing estate is equipped with various supporting facilities, including a PDAM water network, underground electrical installations on the main road, pile foundations, and average land fill of 2.5 metres to reduce flood risk. Other facilities provided include a club house, swimming pool, lake, thematic parks, children’s play area, culinary zone, mosque, and an amphitheatre. The developer noted that around 80 per cent of its consumers are owner-occupiers who work in Jakarta or industrial areas around Bekasi.

One resident, Boris, 37, admitted he chose Harmoni Park Bekasi because the location and facilities offered suited his family’s needs. ‘I was interested because this area does not flood, uses PDAM water, has easy access to the toll road, and the residential environment is comfortable. The children’s play facilities and swimming pool are added value for our family,’ he said. Another resident, Devi Nur Aini, assessed that the building quality and residential environment were the main reasons for choosing to live in the area. ‘The atmosphere is lush, the air is still clean, and the building quality is good. An environment like this is suitable for our small family,’ she said.

Harmoni Park Bekasi is located in the North Bekasi area with access to the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road. The location is about 20 minutes to North Jakarta, 15 minutes to the Marunda industrial area, and about 30 minutes to Tanjung Priok Port. The area is also supported by public facilities such as hospitals, schools, and access to Transjakarta and KRL transportation. To support financing, Harmoni Park Group collaborates with several banks, including BTN, BSI, Mandiri, and BNI, to facilitate the credit process for people wanting to own their first home.
