Developer asked to complete permits

City Councilors are pressuring the developers of the Ketapang Indah luxury residential complex at Lebak Bulus in South Jakarta to complete the necessary permits.

Mansyur Achmad, chairman of City Council Commission D for development told Kaptin Adisumarta, the owner, on Tuesday, to fulfill all conditions required by the mayoralty office.

Recently, Kaptin was reprimanded by the mayoralty and told to stop the construction of his housing complex because it violates the requirement on the distance between housing and the river, as well as the land to construction ratio.

The Rp 587 million complex is built on 11.9 hectares of land along the Pesanggrahan river. (yns)
