Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR), an issuer of the Bakrie Group, recorded net revenue of Rp3.74 trillion in 2025. Although this net revenue fell by 3% year-on-year (yoy) compared to the previous year, the company managed to record a 49.6% increase in net profit, valued at Rp503 billion for the year. This figure rose by Rp167 billion compared to the same period the previous year, which was Rp336 billion.

“Alhamdulillah, amidst prolonged geopolitical tensions, energy market volatility, supply chain disruptions, a global economic slowdown, and increasing trade fragmentation, the Company was able to record a positive performance throughout 2025,” explained President Director & CEO of BNBR, Anindya N. Bakrie, after the Company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) in Jakarta, Friday (12/6/2026).

The Company’s net revenue came from PT Bakrie Metal Industries (BMI) Group amounting to Rp2.2 trillion, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk. (VKTR) Group amounting to Rp1.08 trillion, and PT Bakrie Indo Infrastructure (BIIN) Group amounting to Rp464.19 billion.

Anin added that amidst the current economic conditions, the Company is optimistic about its ability to maintain growth and stability amid global changes. The Company’s adaptability and resilience to various changes and economic turmoil are capital for BNBR to ensure business sustainability.

“Going forward, we are focusing on developing infrastructure lines, both physical and digital. While continuing to develop sustainable industries in electric vehicles and green energy,” said Anin.

In the infrastructure sector, the Company, through PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways (CCT), manages the Cimanggis-Cibitung Toll Road spanning 26.184 km with a concession period of 45 years until 2061. The traffic volume on this toll road reached an average of 40,888 vehicles per day, or 3.38% higher than the target set in the Company’s Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).

CCT’s average revenue currently stands at Rp2.3 billion per day, 4.87% higher than the RKAP target, and is projected to continue increasing in line with rising traffic projections and a planned tariff increase in 2026.

In the digital communications infrastructure sector, the Company, through PT Multi Kontrol Nusantara (MKN), successfully recorded revenue of Rp358.9 billion throughout 2025, an increase of 14.9% compared to the previous year.

This revenue came from MKN’s contribution to the government’s programme for equitable internet connectivity in rural areas, suburban areas, and the 3T (Frontier, Outermost, and Least Developed) regions. In addition, MKN also built a fibre optic cable network spanning more than 8,000 km and an FTTH (Fibre To The Home) network with a total homepass of more than 320,000 across Indonesia.

On the other hand, throughout 2025, PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR) successfully sold 69 electric vehicle units consisting of 53 buses, 10 trucks, and 6 forklifts to various cross-industry companies. Thus, the total cumulative sales of VKTR electric vehicles completed since its inception until the end of 2025 reached 135 electric bus units, 24 electric truck units, and 13 forklift units.

Meanwhile, in the new and renewable energy (EBT) industry, BNBR, through its subsidiary PT Bakrie Power, namely PT Helio Synar Energi (Helio), successfully developed rooftop solar power plant (PLTS) facilities, both spread across several regions in Indonesia and at factory operational facilities within the Bakrie Group.

BNBR is also pioneering a new business through PT Modula Tiga Dimensi (Modula) in the field of 3-dimensional construction printing (3DCP) application technology by investing together with COBOD International from Denmark.
