Bekasi – An influencer identified as PB (also known as PS), who has been accused of deceiving Anggi Pamungkas (26), a chicken noodle and meatball entrepreneur in Bekasi Regency, has finally uploaded a promotional video for the grand opening that had previously generated significant discussion on social media.

The endorsement video was uploaded via the influencer’s personal Instagram and TikTok accounts on Saturday (28/2/2026). However, Anggi believes the upload does not align with the promotional collaboration agreement that had been previously agreed upon.

“What I want now is just a refund. This concerns the promotional period and it doesn’t match the agreed timeframe,” Anggi said when confirmed by Kompas.com on Monday (2/3/2026).

“And there was no confirmation like ‘Sir, I’m just going to upload this video so the problem is resolved’. That didn’t happen,” he added.

He also regretted the absence of an apology from PB to date. In fact, Anggi claimed to have experienced unpleasant treatment through social media.

“She didn’t have the good faith to apologise. She insulted me on Instagram, on InstaStory. There was no apology,” he said.

Anggi revealed that his Instagram and TikTok accounts have been blocked by PB after the issue went viral.

“My Instagram and TikTok were blocked by her. I can’t see them, except if I use a newly created account,” he said.

Nevertheless, Anggi emphasised that what he currently expects is clarification and a public apology.

“Actually, the problem could be resolved if she wants to clarify and apologise after previously damaging my business and then suddenly promoting it,” he said.

“Right now, it seems what matters is that she clarifies to apologise, and the problem is clear. Because it’s been difficult to request the refund since yesterday,” he added.

The Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Wakasat Reskrim) at Bekasi Metro Police, AKP Perida Sisera Apriani, stated that her team invited PB on Saturday (28/2/2026) to clarify the viral issue on social media.

“We invited PB to come to our office. She said she wanted to meet with the victims. She said she was sick yesterday, so she hadn’t been able to respond. She then promised to compensate the victims,” Perida said.
