Deputy Finance Minister Reports THR Disbursement Reaches 24.7 Trillion Rupiah by 10 March 2026

The Deputy Finance Minister, Suahasil Nazara, reported that the realisation of holiday allowance (THR) disbursements for the state civil apparatus (ASN) has reached 24.7 trillion rupiah as of 10 March 2026. “THR has been disbursed at 24.7 trillion rupiah or approximately 45 per cent of the total allocation of 55 trillion rupiah by 10 March 2026,” said Suahasil Nazara during the March edition of the APBN KiTa budget press conference in Jakarta on Wednesday.

THR disbursement is targeted to reach approximately 6 million recipients comprising ASN, TNI, and Polri personnel at both central and regional levels. The government is urging all ministries and agencies (K/L) as well as regional governments to expedite the completion of THR payments to their employees. THR disbursement is expected to be completed before Eid al-Fitr.

The government has allocated 55 trillion rupiah for 2026 THR payments. The budget is designated for central ASN, regional ASN, government employees on work contracts (PPPK), TNI personnel, Polri members, and retirees.

The Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto, noted that this year’s THR budget has increased by approximately 10 per cent compared to the previous year, which was 49 trillion rupiah. THR disbursements have been carried out in stages from 26 February 2026 until at the latest seven days before Eid al-Fitr.

He added that THR components are paid in full at 100 per cent, comprising basic salary, family allowance, food allowance, position allowance, and performance allowance in accordance with applicable regulations.
