Deputy Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU), Vice Marshal Tedi Rizalihadi, has urged graduates of the Air Force Command and Staff School (Seskoau) to implement the knowledge gained during their education to advance the TNI AU organisation. He made the remarks during the closing ceremony of the 64th Seskoau cohort in Lembang, Bandung, West Java, on Wednesday (24/6).

"Seskoau education is a crucial part of shaping the leadership of TNI Air Force officers," Tedi stated in an official TNI AU press release received in Jakarta on Thursday. He noted that the Air Force will face numerous challenges in the future, including increasingly advanced military technology, cognitive warfare, and more complex threat characteristics.

By undergoing this education, Tedi expressed hope that the officers would possess the necessary capital to keep the TNI AU relevant and effective in strengthening Indonesia’s air defence. "Through this education, officers are equipped with mature thinking, sharp analytical skills, and greater responsibility to face future task demands," he added. He further encouraged the graduates to continue learning and developing themselves to become worthy future leaders capable of advancing the TNI AU organisation.

During the event, Major Pnb Nehemia Anang Wijaya was awarded the Widyatama predicate as the best graduate, while Major Pnb Kustaman Dwilukman received the Sastratama predicate for the best military paper. The award for best military paper by a guest student was presented to Navy Major Raswanto Agustian, and the award for the best military paper by an international student went to Major Md Johari Bin Md J from Malaysia.
