Depraved! Man in Bekasi Rapes His Own Daughter Repeatedly

Victim identified as B (14) is suspected of having been subjected to sexual assault by the perpetrator repeatedly from September 2024 to October 2025 at the rented house they occupy, Bekasi Metro Police chief, Senior Commissioner Pol Sumarni, said in Cikarang, quoted by Antara on Tuesday (19 May 2026). The case came to light after the victim confided in her elder sister and was subsequently reported to police. The victim reportedly lived with her biological father in a rented house to be closer to school. Previously, the victim lived with her grandparents in Tambelang District since childhood because both parents worked. “The perpetrator is suspected of exploiting the proximity and the rented-house situation so that the victim is in a helpless condition,” he said. Police opened an investigation after receiving the report. Investigators are also examining the suspect’s claim that he was providing sexual education to the victim. Meanwhile, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Metro Bekasi Police, AKBP Jerico Lavian Chandra, added that the suspect has been secured and is undergoing intensive questioning at Mapolres Metro Bekasi. During the investigation, police also seized evidence including the results of a visum et repertum, the victim’s clothing, results of psychological examinations, and statements from several witnesses. For his actions, the suspect JN was charged under Article 473(4) of Law Number 1 Year 2023 concerning acts of sexual violence against children.
