Depraved: Father in Karawang Rapes His Three-Year-Old Daughter

A 37-year-old man identified as J from Telagasari District, Karawang Regency, West Java, has committed a heinous act by raping his own three-year-old biological daughter. The abuse was uncovered on 5 June 2026.

Karawang Police Chief AKBP Fiki N Ardiansyah, through Head of Public Relations Ipda Cep Wildan, stated that the victim’s family became suspicious due to the child’s abnormal condition. The victim complained of pain when walking and sitting.

Additionally, the family discovered fluid on the victim’s body. The victim was subsequently taken to a healthcare facility for a medical examination.

“The initial examination results indicated strong evidence of sexual violence against the victim. The victim’s sibling immediately reported the incident to the Karawang Police,” he said on Monday (15/6/2026).

AKBP Fiki stated that investigators from the Women and Children Protection Unit and the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Karawang Police conducted an investigation, examined the victim and witnesses, and collected evidence. The victim is now receiving legal, social, and psychological protection.

“From the investigation conducted, investigators obtained evidence and clues pointing to suspect J. Officers arrested and detained him on 8 June,” he said.
