Separately, the Head of Public Relations for the Depok Metro Police, AKP Hendra, explained that the root of the problem was the victim allegedly uttering harsh words and playing loud music due to the close proximity of the houses. “The information suggests harsh words and playing music because their houses are close together,” said AKP Hendra when contacted. He used his foot, kicked it,” Novita said when met at her home on Friday (17/7). Novita claimed her family had also been terrorised by the neighbour, who brandished a machete during the last Lebaran holiday.
