The damaged road has caused many motorcycle riders to fall on Jalan Raya Cinangka, Serua, Bojongsari, Depok City, West Java (Jawa Barat). The Depok Public Works and Public Housing Agency immediately began repairing the road. From photos received by detikcom, several officers and trucks carrying asphalt were seen at the site. The workers were laying asphalt on the pothole-filled road. Acting head of the Depok Public Works and Public Housing Agency, Yodi Joko, said the damaged stretch is on Jalan Raya Parung-Ciputat. The workers asphalted the damaged section today. “Parung-Ciputat Road. We have already followed up on this,” Yodi said when contacted by reporters on Thursday (5 March 2026). Causing Motorcyclists to Fall. Videos circulating on social media show the road surface damaged at several points. The asphalt has worn away, creating many holes. Vehicles were travelling at low speeds as they passed. Some riders also reported damaged tyres from traversing the road. It is reported that many motorcyclists fell due to the potholes. In one video, a motorcyclist is seen being assisted by residents along the roadside after falling due to the damaged road. The rear wheel rim of the motorbike also shattered after hitting a pothole.
