Depo Bangunan Strengthens National Expansion Strategy, Distributes IDR 10.2 Billion in 2025 Dividends
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) of PT Caturkarda Depo Bangunan Tbk (DEPO) for the 2025 financial year approved a cash dividend distribution of IDR 1.5 per share, totalling IDR 10.2 billion. The company also established a reserve fund of IDR 5 billion in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, while the remaining net profit will be recorded as retained earnings to support future business development.
During the meeting, shareholders approved all proposed agendas, including the ratification of the annual report and financial statements for the 2025 financial year, the appropriation of net profit, the appointment of a public accountant, changes to the composition of the company’s management, and the report on the realisation of the use of funds from the Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Amidst global economic dynamics and increasingly competitive industry rivalry, the company managed to maintain solid business performance throughout 2025. DEPO recorded operating revenue of IDR 2.88 trillion, a 2.1 percent increase from IDR 2.82 trillion in the previous year. This growth was supported by organic sales increases across the company’s operational regions, with the largest contribution coming from Bali. The company also posted a gross profit of IDR 584.2 billion, up from IDR 557.3 billion the previous year, while net profit attributable to owners of the parent entity was recorded at IDR 77.0 billion.
The shareholders also approved changes to the composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, effective 1 July 2026. Henryanto Komala was appointed as President Director, while Kambiyanto Kettin was appointed as President Commissioner.
Kambiyanto Kettin stated that the company will continue to focus on strengthening its long-term growth foundation through a combination of measured expansion, increased operational efficiency, a strengthened product portfolio, and the development of digital capabilities. “We see open growth opportunities as public demand for building materials and home improvement products continues to develop across various regions in Indonesia. Therefore, we will continue to strengthen our competitiveness through improved service quality, a reinforced product portfolio, and selective, measured business network development,” he said.
