JAKARTA – After experiencing order queues of up to three months upon its initial launch in Indonesia in mid-2025, consumers no longer need to wait long for the Denza D9.

The premium electric MPV from Denza is currently available through dealer networks, allowing purchases without the lengthy waiting periods seen during the initial launch phase.

Hariyadi Kaimuddin, CEO of Haka Auto, said demand for the Denza D9 remains strong. ‘We sell over 100 units per month at Haka alone,’ he stated in Jakarta. ‘There’s no waiting period now because the stock is already here; it was imported earlier, so there’s still some left,’ he added.

He noted that current stock comes from units imported earlier, but this situation may not last if demand continues to rise. Therefore, he advised interested customers to place orders promptly before stock depletes.

While units are generally available, Hariyadi noted that stock levels vary by colour preference. ‘Mostly black and brown combinations now — black exterior with brown interior. That’s the most common,’ he said. However, as Denza D9 usage grows in Indonesia, consumers are seeking more unique colours beyond the standard options. ‘People have different tastes. Some want blue, grey, or other shades. So all colours are available, but some are running low,’ he added.
