The festival was opened directly by the Commander of Kodam IX/Udayana, Major General TNI Piek Budyakto. The programme, initiated by TNI Headquarters, resulted from collaboration between Kodam IX/Udayana, public broadcaster LPP TVRI, and the Bali Provincial Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN).

Beyond watching football matches together, the public could enjoy various activities such as an MSME bazaar, blood donation, free health check-ups, interactive games, a children’s playground, a TNI military equipment exhibition, musical entertainment, Bondres performances, performances by local Balinese bands, an e-sports competition, Zumba and yoga.

The Chairman of KADIN Bali, I Made Ariandi, said his organisation had facilitated around 100 MSMEs to take part in the festival. The presence of these businesses is expected to increase economic circulation while expanding the promotion of local Balinese products.

At the same time, the various artistic and cultural performances on display represent a joint commitment to preserving local culture amid the spirit of unity,” the Commander said.

He emphasised that the festival not only offers entertainment through communal football viewing, but also serves as a platform for grassroots economic empowerment through MSMEs nurtured by KADIN Bali and the Denpasar City Government, as well as a space for preserving local arts and culture.

The Commander also urged the public to maintain harmony, strengthen the spirit of mutual cooperation, and uphold sportsmanship in community life.
