West Java Governor Dedi Mulyadi has urged West Java residents who are in the Middle East to remain calm and vigilant in order to safeguard themselves and their families amid the conflict between Israel, the United States and Iran. He said that West Java residents in the Middle East who need assistance can contact the hotline number 082126030038.

‘My brothers and sisters from West Java who are in the Middle East and are today affected by the armed conflict, I say that if you face difficulties please contact the Jabar hotline,’ he said in a post on his Instagram account @dedimulyadi71 on Wednesday, 4 March 2026.

Dedi said the West Java provincial government will ensure the safety and security of all its residents who are currently in the Middle East and affected by the armed conflict between Israel, the United States and Iran. ‘May we be healthy, comfortable and devout during fasting,’ he added.

The Indonesian Embassy in Tehran, Iran, has issued a warning letter to Indonesian citizens in Iran. The letter states that Indonesians are asked to take concrete steps to secure themselves and their families.
