Deceitful cab driver

I am a Japanese citizen and I arrived on Singapore Airlines
June 15, 1997, about 7 p.m. at Soekarno-Hatta International
Airport.

The driver who was supposed to fetch me did not show up. After
a long wait, I decided to take a cab to the office guest house.
It was a red-and-yellow colored cab, but I do not remember the
name of the transportation company, the cab's plate number, or
the vehicle's registration number.

As soon as the cab pulled away from the kerb, I had to remind
the driver to turn the meter on. The driver said the meter was
not working. After paying the toll fee at the first toll gate,
the cab suddenly broke down and the driver had to push it to the
roadside. He asked if I would help push the car.

I got out to help and together we pushed the car. The car's
engine came to life immediately. The driver jumped in and drove
away at once leaving me on the roadside without my luggage. My
suitcases contained clothing, medicine, money, my passport
and driving license. Meanwhile, I was left high and dry on the
toll road.

I appeal to the cab driver to return my passport, driving
license and medicine. I can be reached on 4721522, to inform me
where I can pick up my stuff!
