Death Toll from Israeli Aggression in Gaza Rises to 73,110
Medical sources in the Gaza Strip have reported that the death toll from the Israeli aggression since October 2023 has now reached 73,110, while 173,599 others have been injured. The majority of the victims are women and children. Although a ceasefire has been in effect since 11 October, Israeli forces continue to violate the agreement. The sources noted that the casualty figures remain incomplete as many victims are still trapped under rubble, making them difficult for ambulance and rescue teams to access. The source said that over the past 24 hours, eight bodies and 17 injured victims were brought to hospitals in Gaza. Since the ceasefire came into force on 11 October, the number of fatalities and injuries has reached 1,084 and 3,491 respectively. At least 799 bodies have also been evacuated from beneath the rubble.
