Death toll from Israeli aggression in Gaza reaches 73,058

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip have announced that the death toll from the Israeli aggression has now reached 73,058, with 173,488 others wounded since 7 October 2023. The same sources said hospitals in Gaza received a further four fatalities and eight wounded individuals in the past 24 hours. According to the sources, the total number of deaths since the ceasefire took effect on 11 October last year has risen to 1,045, with the number of wounded increasing to 3,380 and 786 bodies having been recovered. Medical teams stated that a number of victims remain trapped under the rubble and lying in the streets because ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
