Death of Jesus Christ, SIM Keliling Service Closed on Friday

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Metro Jaya Police Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas Polda Metro Jaya) has stated that SIM Keliling services in the DKI Jakarta area will be closed on Friday, which coincides with the national holiday for the Death of Jesus Christ. “On Friday, 3 April 2026, services at Satpas Daan Mogot, the DKI Jakarta Satpas Unit, the DKI Jakarta SIM Outlet Unit, and the SIM Keliling Unit will be closed,” the statement said via the official X account @tmcpoldametro. The service, which helps residents extend the validity of their legal driving requirements, will reopen on Saturday, 4 April 2026. “On Saturday, 4 April 2026, services at Satpas Daan Mogot, the DKI Jakarta Satpas Unit, the DKI Jakarta SIM Outlet Unit, and the SIM Keliling Unit will reopen as usual,” according to the statement from Polda Metro Jaya. Holders of SIMs expiring on 3 April 2026 can carry out renewals on 4 April 2026.
