I give my full support to the actions of security agents taken
against the city's hoodlums. Hoodlums -- popularly known as
preman -- have been a serious disturbance to the community. But,
the fight against hoodlums should not merely be done in the
interest of upholding the law but more to correct the social
aspect of the problem.

The preman should be educated and transformed into skilled
human beings so that they can one day stand on their own feet.

I am of the conviction that however bad a person is, if he is
led down the right path he will show repentance. Anyway, in the
beginning they were of a good human nature.
